Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic Doctors are regulated primary health care providers in BC. In your first appointment with a Naturopathic Doctor they will take a detailed history and do further investigation as necessary such as physical exam and lab tests. They will make recommendations based on the health assessment such as diet and lifestyle changes and natural medicines.

Dr. Serena Markham BSc, ND

Dr. Serena Markham, BSc. ND graduated from Naturopathic Medicine school in 2013 after first competing her bachelors of Science at UBC in 2008. She has always had family living on the Sunshine Coast and decided to follow her heart and move to Garden Bay almost 2 years ago. After having her second boy on the Sunshine Coast she is now ready to go back to supporting people to achieve their health goals.

Dr. Serena Markham offers Naturopathic consultations doing a full health assessment looking deeper to find the cause of symptoms. Once identified using history, physical exam and lab testing she will recommend diet and lifestyle changes and natural medicines to help you achieve your goals.

Dr. Serena Markham has also been using Bowen Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy for over 10 years
